How AI Credits Work
What costs an AI credit?
Each AI action costs 1 credit: order scanning, product classification, partner screening, and assistant chat messages. All manual tools (tariff lookup, order management, shipment tracking, etc.) are always free.
When do credits reset?
Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens when I run out?
You'll see a friendly message and can still use all manual tools. Upgrade to Pro or buy a credit pack to continue using AI features.
Can I buy extra credits?
Pro subscribers can purchase credit packs of 10 credits for EUR 9 each. These are added to your balance immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. You'll retain Pro benefits until the end of your billing period.
